  • 3. Read Orientation Materials and Take Assessment - Download or read the online orientation materials, register for the pre-membership seminar, and complete the assessment.
  • 4. Pay Membership Fee and Share Capital - Upload your payment slip for the one-time membership fee and your initial share capital based on your selected membership type.
  • 5. Admin Verification and Membership Completion - Your membership is completed only when all profile status icons are green and the application is fully approved by UFMCOOP.

Requirements

Prepare your documents and proof of payment early

The membership application becomes smoother when your identity documents, ID pictures, payment slip, and supporting records are already ready for upload and review.

  • Two valid IDs
  • Two passport size ID pictures
  • Proof of payment or deposit slip
  • Other admin-defined requirements
  • At least 25% of subscribed shares based on the agreed amount, terms, and schedule
